Admission Requirements
Students must submit a West Virginia University Application for Graduate Admission and official transcripts from all prior academic work must be forwarded to the Office of Admissions and Records. Students are also required to take the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and submit a current resume. Three letters of recommendation and a statement of purpose can also be submitted if desired.
Course Content
Students have a foundation in information technology and information systems, managerial and team skills, the business and strategic environment, corporate and finance regulation, managerial economics, financial statements analysis, managerial accounting, marketing, management science/operation, working capital management, and business law and ethics.
All lectures are digitally captured, so students can view a missed lecture at their convenience. Executive MBA program students also have the opportunity to study abroad in Germany, the Czech Republic, China, or Italy. The College of Business and Economics is accredited by AACSB, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
